The Malveira Prime Logistics project, which MAGNA is fully executing and which is backed by Blackstone and M7 Real Estate, continues to consolidate its position as one of the most important logistics platforms near Lisbon. With a total built area of 68,000 m², in two warehouses of 55,000 m² and 13,000 m², the project is strategically located in the municipality of Mafra (Malveira), just 20 minutes from Lisbon, offering key connectivity via the A21, A8, and A9 motorways. Malveira Prime Logistics is designed to meet the most demanding requirements of the Portuguese logistics sector, and completion is scheduled for May 2026 (Warehouse 1) and October 2026 (Warehouse 2). One of the pillars of the project is its strong environmental commitment, confirmed by the prestigious certification. BREEAM® Excellent. This distinction ensures that the platform has been designed to the strictest international standards, maximizing operational efficiency and guaranteeing an environmentally friendly and sustainable construction. The MAGNA team reports significant progress in the construction of both buildings, with simultaneous work ensuring adherence to the planned schedule. In Building 2, progress is focused on the roof structure and cladding: Phase 1 is already seeing remarkable progress in the roof assembly, while Phase 2 continues with the assembly of the prefabricated elements. –>
Meanwhile, work on Hall 1 is focused on the foundation stages, with the continued soil improvement and the development of the foundations. In addition, earthmoving work and the lining of the main slope, which is common to the project area, are ongoing.
With this project, MAGNA reaffirms its leadership and growth plan in Portugal, strategically contributing to the development of advanced and sustainable logistics infrastructure.
