JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER PORTUGAL

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team at MAGNA’s Portugal Branch, to support the management and coordination of logistics and industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

– Support in the general coordination of projects, in a pre-construction phase, with external teams/entities (municipalities and engineering/architecture offices, among others);
– Support in the technical and operational supervision of works;
– Coordination with construction teams and suppliers;
– Follow-up planning;
– Support in the preparation of progress reports;
– Project documentation and administrative control;
– Participation in coordination meetings.

Requirements:

– Higher education in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar;
– Up to 3 years of experience in similar roles;
– Good organizational and communication skills;
– Proactive spirit and willingness to learn;
– Knowledge of Excel and planning tools;

Valued:

– Internships or experience in industrial/logistics projects;
– Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project;
– Good knowledge of Spanish and English.
