We are currently consolidating our branch operations in Portugal and expanding our portfolio of large-scale projects, with a special focus on the Greater Lisbon region.

We are looking for a Senior MEP Technician to join our construction teams, responsible for the daily supervision of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation work, directly supporting the Installations Manager and Construction Management.

This role will play a fundamental part in coordinating on-site activities, ensuring compliance with the technical, quality, safety, and planning requirements defined for the project.

Key Responsibilities:

– Direct support to the Site Manager and the Installations Manager;
– Daily monitoring of MEP installation work on-site;
– Coordination and supervision of subcontractors;
– Verification of works execution according to projects and technical requirements;
– Quality control of the work performed;
– Monitoring of on-site safety conditions;
– Support for planning and control of works;
– Support in controlling costs associated with installations;
– Analysis and validation of measurements and work performed;
– Support in resolving technical problems on-site.

Requirements:

– Higher education in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering;
– Professional experience in supervision work, preferably in MEP installations;
– Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing installations;
– Ability to read and interpret projects;
– Knowledge of planning and control of works;
– Ability to organize, work autonomously, and supervise teams on-site;
– Good communication skills and relationship management with different stakeholders.

Valued:

– Experience in industrial, logistics, or large-scale projects;
– Experience in supervising subcontractors;
– Knowledge of BIM and engineering support tools;
– Knowledge of Spanish and/or English.
