Magna was created by the initiative of a group of experienced architects, engineers and builders who wanted to contribute with their knowledge and experience to the construction sector as collaborators in all types of projects.

Our intention is to offer an added value of quality and personality to each project in order to achieve the full satisfaction and loyalty of our customers.

We are specialized in Industrial, Logistics, Commercial and Offices Building. However, we can face with success guarantees any type of project, regardless of its level of complication or logistics. We always focus on obtaining the best results and on offering specialized and precise work according to the needs of the customer. Hence, our prices and implementation deadlines are tight to the maximum.

Our sector is construction and our specialty is industrial, logistics, commercial and office building, although we are prepared and qualified to face any type of project with all the success guarantees and with confidence enough to provide our hallmark of quality and distinction to each of those project.

Goals

Our strategy is to continue consolidating ourselves as a benchmark construction company within the logistics sector and, in turn, expand our activity to other sectors that we consider very interesting. We are currently developing several projects in the commercial sector, and our strategic plan considers aslo getting involved into the hotel sector, where we are already studying several operations that we hope will come to fruition.

Another challenge we face is the continuous improvement of the processes and efficiency of the constructions to achieve the maximum quality and guarantees in its implementation. In a market with strong competition, we need a differentiating element that brings value to our company.

Magna bets for the quality of the implementation and for the maximum commitment in the fulfilment of our contractual obligations, as this will revert to our customers and so with the achievement of their objectives.

Mission

Our mission is clear, to achieve the greatest success in those projects in which the customer has trusted us for, whith the aim of ensuring customer “loyalty”. In the award of a work we do not only seek the progress of that work, we rather also envisaged a customer in the medium and long term. Therefore, we do not limit ourselves to what concerns a single project, we keep a more global visión, instead.

Foresight

We face the future optimistically.

The Covid-19 health-crisis in 2020 has shown the importance of logistics for the proper functioning of the economy. It has also enhanced a large increase in the e-commerce activity, which implies greater investment needs by operators in those logistics spaces located near the city centers of the main cities.

Spain and Portugal are very attractive countries for investors in the logistics sector, with a high added value due to the fact that these countries have high standards in construction qualities and solid fire protection and sustainability protocols.

This makes of Magna a company with a great growth capacity in the coming years, with projects underway in Portugal in Spain for large investors that is highlighting our extraordinary teamwork, our high adaptability and our strength as a young and dynamic company, able to handle any challenge that comes along.
