Currently, in MAGNA we have implemented a Code of Ethics and Conduct, which sould be signed by any worker at the time of joining our company to ensure that the performance of our activity is carried out responsibly among the colleagues themselves, with external customers, suppliers and copartners.

At MAGNA we are committed to sustainability in the development of each and every one of our projects, contributing value in each of our areas of action. Therefore, we are involved in each project so that they are increasingly environmentally sustainable, providing if requested by our customers, the achievement of the BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology) certificate, the most advanced and world-leading method of assessing and certifying the sustainability of buildings. We have also introduced an Environmental Management System in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015.

Nowadays, the customer seeks construction services with the highest guarantees of implementation quality, the strict compliance with deadlines and the usage of the latest technologies, both at the project development and construction levels.

We have increasingly customers who ask us to obtain a certified Leed and/or BREEAM for their projects, thus giving their investment an international recognition of economic, social and environmental sustainability.

For our part, we always seek to participate in the project at the earliest possible stage, to contribute with all our “know-how” and technical capacity in the search for solutions and needs of the project, to obtain the best possible guarantees for the customer and to minimise the possible risks during the construction phase.

Our quality management is guaranteed by the achievement of the corresponding AENOR Quality Management Certificate ISO 9001.
