Magna General Contractors is looking for a Construction Planner to join its technical team in Portugal, with the responsibility of supporting the preparation, planning, and technical monitoring of highly complex logistics and industrial construction projects.

This role will play a fundamental part in the connection between the design phase and on-site execution, ensuring the correct interpretation, compatibility, and preparation of the works.

Key Responsibilities:

– Technical preparation of works, ensuring the efficient transition of the project to the execution phase;
– Analysis and interpretation of architectural projects, structures, and disciplines;
– Preparation and updating of work preparation plans;
– Project compatibility and identification of inconsistencies;
– Support for construction management and production teams in resolving technical issues;
– Preparation of elements for execution, including construction details, maps, and technical documentation;
– Coordination with internal teams, designers, and subcontractors;
– Monitoring of work progress and technical support during execution.

Requirements:

– Technical or higher education in the field of Civil Construction or similar;
– Professional experience in work preparation roles;
– Knowledge of reading and interpreting projects;
– Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools;
– Ability to work with different project disciplines;
– Good organizational skills, planning, and attention to detail;
– Communication and teamwork skills.

Valued:

– Experience in logistics, industrial, or large-scale projects;
– Knowledge of BIM methodology (Revit or similar tools);
– Experience in project compatibility;
– Knowledge of structures, architecture, and technical installations;
– Good knowledge of technical English.
