We are hiring: PROJECT MANAGER (JUNIOR) | Industrial & Logistics Construction | Greater Lisbon
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team at the MAGNA Branch in Portugal, to support the management and coordination of logistics and industrial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
-Support in the global coordination of projects, during the pre-construction phase, with external teams/entities (Municipalities, engineering/architecture firms, among others);
– Support in the technical and operational monitoring of construction sites;
– Coordination with site teams and suppliers;
– Planning and schedule monitoring;
– Support in preparing progress reports;
– Document and administrative control of the project;
– Participation in coordination meetings.
Requirements:
-Higher education degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field;
– Up to 3 years of experience in similar roles;
– Strong organizational and communication skills;
– Proactive mindset and a willingness to learn;
– Proficiency in Excel and planning tools.
