We are hiring: FACILITIES MANAGER (Portugal) | Industrial & Logistics Construction | Greater Lisbon
We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join our team at the MAGNA Branch in Portugal, to coordinate and supervise technical specialties in logistics and industrial construction projects, focusing on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing installations.
Key responsibilities:
-Technical coordination with production teams and external MEP entities;
– Supervision of the execution of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical installations;
– Management of subcontractors and technical teams;
– Ensuring technical compliance, quality, and safety;
– Support to the site management in resolving technical issues;
– Planning and monitoring of installation works.
Requirements:
– Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field;
– Minimum of 5 years of experience;
– In industrial/logistics projects (recommended);
– Solid knowledge of technical installations;
– Strong coordination and problem-solving skills;
– Ability to read and interpret technical projects;
– Availability to travel.
