Magna demonstrates its commitment to young talent and training by signing agreements with the University of Alcalá and the Polytechnic University of Madrid

At MAGNA, we are taking a significant step in our commitment to the future of the construction sector with the signing of two important collaboration agreements with the University of Alcalá and the Polytechnic University of Madrid. These agreements aim to facilitate the integration of young, qualified talent into the company through academic internships and the development of final degree projects. These two signed agreements establish a broad framework for collaboration for external academic internships for students enrolled in official undergraduate and master’s degree programs. They also allow for the completion of undergraduate and master’s theses in collaboration with MAGNA, thus linking university education with the realities of the professional world. With the signing of these agreements, MAGNA reinforces its commitment to addressing the shortage of professionals in the construction and engineering sectors, a widely recognized problem that hinders development.
