Malveira Prime Logistics is a new project consisting of two large industrial and storage buildings with a total constructed area of 68,000 m².
The project is located in the municipality of Mafra (Malveira), just 20 minutes from Lisbon, with excellent access to the entire dense metropolitan area, and to municipalities such as Sintra, Cascais, Oeiras, and Loures, among others, via the A21, A8, and A9 motorways.
The MAGNA team has already begun work, including site preparation and foundation work.
The first building is expected to be completed in May 2026 and the second in October 2026. The main features of the project are:
Area: 55,000 m² (building 1) and 13,000 m² (building 2) for a total of 68,000 m²;
Units: They feature high-quality technical infrastructure with independent access for each building;
Unit sizes: Starting from 5000 m²;
Clearance height: 12 m at the lowest point;
Loading docks: > 1/1000 m²;
Sustainability certification: BREEAM Excellent.
