We are hiring: PROJECT MANAGER (SENIOR) | Industrial & Logistics Construction | Greater Lisbon
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Portugal, with solid experience in managing logistics and industrial construction projects (preferable).
This professional will be responsible for the overall coordination of projects, both in the pre-construction phase with external teams/entities (Municipalities and engineering/architecture firms, among others) and during the construction phase with the site teams (production), ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality.
Key responsibilities:
– Comprehensive management of construction projects;
– Coordination of internal and external multidisciplinary teams;
– Collaboration in planning, cost control, deadlines, and resources;
– Contractual management with suppliers;
– Technical monitoring of construction works;
– Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards;
– Regular reporting of project progress to management.
Requirements:
– Higher education degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field;
– Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management;
– Experience in logistics, industrial, or large-scale projects (recommended);
– Leadership and team management skills;
– Strong planning and organizational skills;
– Availability to travel nationwide.
