ESTIMATING AND PROPOSAL TECHNICIAN FOR PORTUGAL

We are looking for an Estimating and Proposals Technician (Estimator) to join our team in Portugal and support the technical and economic preparation of industrial and logistics construction projects.

Key Responsabilities:

– Analysis of projects and technical documentation;
– Preparation of quantity take-offs and budgets;
– Consultation and negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors;
– Support in the preparation of proposals;
– Analysis of costs and construction solutions;
– Collaboration with technical and commercial teams.

Requirements:

– Degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field;
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimation/budgeting roles;
– Knowledge of quantity surveying and cost analysis;
– Proficiency in Excel and technical tools;
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
