GENERAL SITE MANAGER PORTUGAL

We are looking to strengthen our team with experienced General Site Manager (Construction Manager) for logistics and industrial construction projects in Portugal.

Key Responsabilities:

– General coordination of the construction execution;
– Management of teams, subcontractors, and suppliers;
– Control of planning, costs, and quality;
– Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations;
– Acting as the interface with the client, site supervision (fiscalização), and internal teams;
– Daily operational management of the construction site.

Requirements:

– Higher education degree in Civil Engineering;
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in site/construction management;
– Experience in industrial/logistics projects (recommended);
– Strong leadership skills;
– Knowledge of construction planning and control;
– Availability to travel nationwide.
