FOREMAN IN PORTUGAL

We are looking for a Foreman / Assistant Foreman to support the general foreman and construction management for our branch in Portugal.

Key responsibilities:

– Supervision of on-site teams;
– Daily coordination of the work front;
– Support in managing subcontractors;
– Verification of the quality of the work performed;
– Ensuring compliance with safety regulations;
– Reporting on the progress of the construction site.

Requirements:

– Experience in mid-level site management roles;
– Technical knowledge of civil construction;
– Operational leadership skills;
– Team spirit and a proactive mindset;
– Strong organizational skills.
