In a significant milestone for logistics development in the Henares Corridor, Magna consolidates its growth in the logistics building sector with the delivery of a 36,000 m2 warehouse, developed after gaining the trust of one of the largest real estate investment managers in the Iberian Peninsula, Zanda Reim.
This state-of-the-art facility, comprising 1,800 m² of modern office space, is situated on a 61,213 m² plot in one of Spain’s most important logistics hubs: the Henares Corridor, with direct connections to the A-2 motorway linking Madrid and Barcelona.
The property, developed by Zanda Reim in partnership with the fund managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI), boasts the highest energy efficiency systems and has achieved the prestigious BREEAM® Excellent certification for sustainable building.
Magna extends its deepest gratitude to Zanda Reim for entrusting them with the development of this landmark project in Azuqueca de Henares, and to DOKEI RE, which served as the primary partner and representative of the owners throughout the project’s execution, performing monitoring duties.
This system certifies that the building meets the most demanding requirements in terms of energy efficiency, use of clean energy, improvement of indoor environmental quality, optimization of water consumption, sustainable development of open spaces on the plot and the selection of materials that minimize the impact.
