Magna completes a 12,000 m2 logistics warehouse for TCC in Granollers (Barcelona) and reaffirms its commitment to sustainable building.
The new warehouse was completed in eight and a half months, demonstrating Magna’s ability to deliver high-quality projects on tight deadlines. Designed to maximize energy efficiency and minimize environmental impact, it has achieved BREEAM® Excellent certification, reflecting Magna’s commitment to sustainable building.
Features:
– Area: 21,270 m² plot, with 12,350 m² of warehouse space, 1,000 m² of offices, and a 940 m² mezzanine.
– Maximum storage height: 11.8 m.
– Loading/unloading docks: 12.
– Truck bay: 32 m wide.
We are grateful to TCC for entrusting us with this project, to Nadico for the engineering and construction management, and to IDP as Project Manager for the client.
