After intense months of dedication and effort, the Magna technical team has successfully completed a logistics warehouse for the developer Engels & Volkers Development, located at Calle de la Resina 54 in Madrid.
The new and impressive logistics warehouse covers a total area of 20,600 m², of which 11,000 m² comprise a modern logistics warehouse designed for efficiency and process optimization; 5,000 m² are refrigerated storage, guaranteeing optimal conditions for refrigerated products; 600 m² are dedicated to frozen goods, ensuring adequate space for products requiring extremely low temperatures; and finally, 4,000 m² are designated as an automated sorting area (OSR), providing the warehouse with exceptional efficiency in distribution and organization.
The warehouse also features 1,500 m² of modern offices and has achieved the prestigious BREEAM sustainability certification at the Excellent level, demonstrating Magna’s firm commitment to environmentally friendly construction practices. Throughout the project, Magna collaborated with Grupotec as the project management team.

This system certifies that the building meets the most demanding requirements in terms of energy efficiency, use of clean energy, improvement of indoor environmental quality, optimization of water consumption, sustainable development of open spaces on the site, and the selection of materials that minimize environmental impact.
