Magna is carrying out the expansion works of a 10,000 m2 logistics warehouse in Azambuja, near Lisbon.
This ambitious project, initiated in 2024 and completed in 9 months, reinforces Magna’s position as a leading logistics company in Portugal.
The warehouse expansion features the following:
▪️ Total area: 10,000 m² of warehouse space and 800 m² of offices.
▪️ Storage height: 11.70 m.
▪️ Loading docks: 16 units.
The warehouse holds the prestigious BREEAM® “Very Good” certification, reflecting the company’s commitment to sustainability. It also incorporates a photovoltaic system, reaffirming its dedication to innovative and environmentally friendly solutions.
The project was executed in compliance with the highest quality standards, under the project management and construction supervision of Cube Project Management, and consolidates MAGNA’s position as a leading construction company in the development of sustainable logistics infrastructure in Portugal.
