Magna General Contractors is pleased to announce the completion and handover of the second warehouse at Benavente in Portugal, an ambitious project spanning 190,000 m². This project comprises two warehouses of 44,000 m² each, designed to accommodate multiple tenants and equipped with 93 loading docks.
The construction of this second phase was completed within the established deadlines, demonstrating once again Magna’s commitment to punctuality and efficiency in the execution of large-scale projects. Following completion, all modules have been occupied, reflecting the high demand and confidence in the facilities offered.
In addition to the two logistics warehouses, the park features 45,000 m² of green areas and 55,000 m² dedicated to parking for light vehicles, truck areas, and access roads. The completion of the new access road has significantly improved the park’s connectivity, facilitating transport and logistics.
Both the first and second phases of the Benavente Logistic Park are designed to high sustainability standards, aiming to achieve the prestigious BREEAM® Excellent certification. This recognition highlights the project’s commitment to environmentally friendly and efficient construction practices.
