We are looking for an HR and Administrative Specialist to join our team in Portugal. This role will play a cross-functional part in supporting Human Resources management and the administrative activities of the branch, contributing to internal organization and the company’s sustained growth. <\/p>\n
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and organized professional with a desire to grow with us, progressively taking on greater responsibilities in the Human Resources area as MAGNA’s structure in Portugal continues to develop.<\/p>\n
– Support for selection and recruitment processes;
\n– Administrative management of employees (admissions, documentation, and archiving);
\n– Support in the preparation and follow-up of integration processes for new employees;
\n– Management and updating of databases and administrative documentation;
\n– Support in organizing training activities and other internal initiatives;
\n– Liaison with external entities and support to different departments when necessary;
\n– Administrative support for the financial area and daily office activities;
\n– Support for the administrative management of the branch, ensuring the smooth functioning of internal operations.<\/p>\n
– Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, or a similar field;
\n– Professional experience of up to 3 years (recent graduates with relevant internships will also be considered);
\n– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
\n– High sense of organization, responsibility, and attention to detail;
\n– Good communication and interpersonal skills;
\n– Initiative, dynamism, and ability to work autonomously;
\n– Ability to manage different tasks and priorities.<\/p>\n
– Knowledge of Portuguese labor law;
\n– Experience in selection and recruitment processes;
\n– Knowledge of Spanish and\/or English;
\n– Ability to work in a dynamic and growing environment.<\/p>\n
– Integration into a leading Iberian company in the logistics and industrial sector;
\n– Active participation in the consolidation of Magna’s operation in Portugal;
