We are looking for an Estimating and Proposals Technician (Estimator) to join our team in Portugal and support the technical and economic preparation of industrial and logistics construction projects.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
\u2013 Analysis of projects and technical documentation;
\r\n\u2013 Preparation of quantity take-offs and budgets;
\r\n\u2013 Consultation and negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors;
\r\n\u2013 Support in the preparation of proposals;
\r\n\u2013 Analysis of costs and construction solutions;
\r\n\u2013 Collaboration with technical and commercial teams.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
\u2013 Degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field;
\r\n\u2013 Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimation\/budgeting roles;
\r\n\u2013 Knowledge of quantity surveying and cost analysis;
\r\n\u2013 Proficiency in Excel and technical tools;
\r\n\u2013 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. <\/p>\r\n\r\n
\u2013 Experience in industrial\/logistics construction;
\r\n\u2013 Knowledge of CCS, Candy, or equivalent software;
\r\n\u2013 Good command of English and Spanish.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
