This project not only reinforces the confidence placed in our experience and technical capabilities, but also consolidates our position as a leading partner in the construction of state-of-the-art logistics infrastructure.\r\n\r\n\r\nUnder the management of Vitor Hugo \u2013 Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o e Gest\u00e3o de Projectos S.A., we guarantee that the project will meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability from foundation to delivery, scheduled for 2027.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nOur team is focused on achieving key structural and safety milestones:\r\n\r\n\r\n&#8211;>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Cover:<\/strong> It is currently being assembled. This progress marks a structural turning point, demonstrating our ability to manage large structures within defined timeframes.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Fire Protection Installations:<\/strong> In progress, rigorously implementing the required safety systems to meet the most demanding regulations in the logistics sector.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">In the coming weeks, the Electrical Installations, the Siphon System, and the Underground Networks are scheduled to begin, completing the building&#8217;s basic technical infrastructure.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">The Phase 2 has already begun with the first rigid inclusions, and the installation of the piles will begin shortly, continuing the structural development of the rest of the building.\r\n\r\nThe project, which will have a total area of \u200b\u200b100,000 m\u00b2, will integrate 125 loading docks and has a minimum objective of LEED\u00ae Gold certification, underscoring its strong focus on energy efficiency, environmental responsibility, and sustainable construction.\r\n\r\n\r\nThe incorporation of advanced technical solutions, such as rigid inclusions, reflects a commitment to innovation, resource optimization, and maximum structural performance, guaranteeing the durability and reliability of the platform.\r\n\r\n\r\nwp:html &#8211;>\r\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">The success and solid execution of this project reaffirm MAGNA as MERLIN Properties&#8217;
