SOLUTEC starts work on the transformation of a space dedicated to technological products into a gym in Salamanca

The owner has entrusted SOLUTEC to undertake a project within a famous shopping complex in Salamanca. The project consists of the adaptation of a large area dedicated to technological products for the installation of a modern gym, an initiative that will not only expand the range of services offered by the shopping centre but also optimise the use of existing space.

The work, which has just begun, will involve a series of key elements:

Selective demolition:

Demolition of structures and elements obstructing the new layout of the space will be carried out, preparing the site for the gym installation.

Fire sectorisation:

Fire safety measures will be implemented, ensuring the protection of shopping centre customers and employees.

Relocation of utilities:

Water and sewage connections will be diverted to supply the future gym changing rooms, ensuring an efficient and safe supply.

Through its work, SOLUTEC will not only facilitate the entry of a new tenant into the shopping centre, but also bring more flexibility to the existing premises. Adapting spaces to the changing needs of the market is essential to maintaining the competitiveness of shopping centres and offering a more complete shopping experience to customers.
