SOLUTEC enters the final stretch of renovations of an emblematic 25,000 m2 warehouse in Getafe (Madrid)

SOLUTEC, as delegated developer, is leading an ambitious comprehensive refurbishment project that is not only converting an old industrial building into a modern logistics centre, but also involves management of the necessary licences for the subsequent commercialisation of a high-quality and sustainable space.

The warehouse renovation includes:

  • Structure: Complete renovation of the roof, and the installation of fire protection systems, firewalls and fire extinguishers.
  • Offices: Design and execution of high-quality office finishes, including suspended ceilings, lighting, painting and translucent finishes.
  • Warehouse interior: Interior painting and lighting. 
  • Facilities: Installation of loading bays and gates for optimised logistics.

The new logistics centre will have BREEAM® “Very Good” certification, which ensures an energy efficient building with a reduced carbon footprint and healthier working environment.

The project positions Solutec as one of the leading companies specialising in building rehabilitation on a national scale, in turn contributing to the modernisation and sustainability of the industrial and logistics sector.
