SOLUTEC completes the comprehensive refurbishment of an industrial warehouse of more than 25,000 m2 in Getafe (Madrid)

Solutec has successfully completed the comprehensive refurbishment of an industrial warehouse of more than 25,000 m2 in Getafe (Madrid). The ambitious project, which has converted a former production warehouse into a modern logistics centre, is a prime example of Solutec’s commitment to innovation and sustainability in the industrial sector.

The works have included a complete renovation of the asset, with the installation of a new roof, new state-of-the-art fire protection systems, firewall elements and fire extinguishers. In addition, new office spaces have been designed and executed with high quality finishes, including false ceilings, efficient lighting and translucent elements to provide greater lighting.

The warehouse interior has been completely refurbished, with new paintwork and lighting, while the exterior has been fitted with new loading bays and gates to optimise logistics operations.

The warehouse will have BREEAM® Very Good certification, guaranteeing the building’s energy efficiency, reducing its carbon footprint, and creating a healthier working environment that’s committed to the environmental sustainability that characterises SOLUTEC’s philosophy
