SOLUTEC has begun work on an ambitious integral refurbishment project on a logistics warehouse in Seseña, with the aim of adapting the space to the specific needs of its new tenant.

The scope of the warehouse refurbishment includes the repair of various damaged skirting boards and offices, as well as a complete painting and cleaning process in the warehouse. In addition, improvements have been planned for the transparent roof, offices, and toilet and changing room areas, with the aim of guaranteeing a renovated and functional space that meets the highest quality standards.
