Due to our strong expansion and growth in logistics, industrial and commercial building projects across Spain, we are currently looking to strengthen our technical team.

SITE MANAGER

The selected candidate will provide direct support to the Production Director.

WORK LOCATION

Vitoria

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain direct communication with all parties involved during the execution of the project, acting as the main decision-maker affecting the day-to-day development of the works.

Execute the works in accordance with the contract, considering any modifications or adaptations requested by the client, while maintaining the company’s quality standards.

Detailed planning of tasks, taking into account the project milestones.

Organise and coordinate both internal and external teams to ensure proper execution of the works.

Allocation of tasks among production managers and site supervisors.

Supervision of the technical aspects of the project.

Represent the company before other stakeholders such as subcontractors, site management, project managers and control authorities.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering or Architecture.

EXPERIENCE

3 years or more in similar positions.

VALUED

Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Organised, detail-oriented and dynamic profile.

START DATE AND CONDITIONS

Immediate availability.

Salary according to experience and qualifications.
