Final phase of the adaptation works of a logistics warehouse in Madrid’s Villaverde district

Solutec is in the final phase of adaptation works on a newly built logistics warehouse on Calle Eduardo Barreiros in Madrid.

The work will adapt the warehouse to the needs of the facility’s future tenant, with Solutec carrying out a series of improvements aimed at increasing operational efficiency.

The new warehouse will have:

▪️ New external access points for vans.

▪️ New ramps to bridge the height of the loading bays.

▪️ Pre-installation of more than 50 electric vehicle chargers.

▪️ Interior communication access between sections.

▪️ Office interior adaptation.
